Social media is a great way to communicate with customers. It's a great place to announce new features or new games within your VR Arcade or to promote events. Not all platforms are perfect for every VR Arcade. Facebook, I would say, is definitely the place you want to be because that is where your customers are. Social media is where your customers choose to be and so it just makes sense that you would also be where your customers are at as well.

A helpful tip in regards to social media is creating a post-type structure. This will help you create a timeline and a branded feel for your arcade's social media communication.
